Delivery & returns
Lead Time is 4–6 weeks. If you require your furniture in less time, please contact us directly and we will do all we can to help.
Delivery is FREE for all orders over £3,500 to the majority of the United Kingdom (excluding Ireland). For delivery in other locations, please contact us.
The delivery fee for orders under £3,500 is charged according to the current rates displayed on the checkout pages and are calculated based on order contents and delivery address.
Alternatively you can collect your order from our base in Lincolnshire – please ensure you have an appropriate vehicle to collect your order, and any required assistance to help load.
We will contact you to arrange delivery. Your order cannot be despatched until we have confirmed delivery details with you.
The courier will contact you one hour before arrival wherever possible.
Please ensure you are present to check the items for any damage and take receipt of the delivery.
You will have fifteen minutes to check your order. Should there be any damage please refuse the delivery and make contact with us immediately to arrange a replacement.
Any damages or omissions must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages discovered after this time so please ensure you have thoroughly checked your order.
This is a one-man delivery service, with most larger units delivered to the kerbside – you may need additional people to help unload larger items.
We can arrange a 2-man delivery with notice, there may be a surcharge for this service. We will discuss any special requirements with you before despatch.
If you miss delivery, the courier will leave a card with details to rearrange or collect direct from their depot. This may incur additional fees.
We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers or third party installers before your goods are on-site and checked. We are not liable for fees, loss or other costs relating to third parties.
Fasttrack Delivery Service
- Customers may request our Fasttrack Delivery Service for an additional charge of £125 (inclusive of VAT where applicable).
- The Fasttrack Delivery Service is offered in addition to our standard delivery service and charges. The standard delivery charge remains payable in all circumstances.
- We will use reasonable endeavours to complete delivery within the agreed Fasttrack timescale.
- If we fail to deliver within the Fasttrack timescale, the Fasttrack fee of £125 will be refunded in full. The standard delivery charge will not be refunded and will remain payable.
- The Fasttrack Delivery Service is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw the service at our discretion.
Important info
We strongly advise against booking plumbers or other tradespeople until your goods have arrived and have been checked. We are not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
We require to be notified of any damaged goods within 48hrs of delivery. All goods must be opened and inspected within this timeframe – this allows us the opportunity to fix any issues that may arise. Keep hold of any packaging until all goods are inspected.
